SiiLA estimates a Drop in Office Vacancy During 2022

Alejandro Delgado indicated that, contrary to what was predicted at the beginning of the pandemic, starting prices in the corporate market have remained at similar levels to those recorded in 2019. This is due to the fact that the spaces that are available are already fully conditioned and ready to occupy, which increases the price.

"On the pricing side, something very interesting is happening, which is that they are maintaining pre-pandemic prices. One would bet that, with the decrease in demand and the increase in supply, the basic rules of economics say that prices should go down; however, we are seeing that they are being maintained".
