After two years of the pandemic, 75% are confident of returning to the office

According to research by We Work and Egon Zehnder, after the advance of vaccination against covid and the significant drop in new cases and deaths, 75% of office workers in Latin America say they feel safe to return to work face to face and a few days at home.

In Latin America, 41% moved to a smaller office

According to the survey, 41% of Latin American companies moved to a smaller office during the pandemic, while another 23% moved to a larger space, and 36% remained the same size. Even with eventual changes, 90% of the companies chose to keep the address in the same region where they were already present. The justification for this is that it is necessary to keep the workplace close to public transport.

The return to face-to-face work is also consolidating an expected trend, according to WeWork. The office is no longer the only place to become a more dynamic space for strategic meetings, support and training, the transmission of corporate culture and team socialization.
