Amazon says that there’s no need to rush in the adoption of permanent remote work scheme

At Amazon, whose headquarters are in Seattle, in the United States, the gradual return of employees to office has been positive, with reports of improved productivity.

The company also realised that people hired during the pandemic, and who started working from home, had a harder time adapting. These two conclusions caused the company to be left out of the list of technology companies that have announced a permanent remote work scheme.
