British bank Barclays urged employees to return to offices four days a week

SiiLA London-based investment bank Barclays has just sent out a memo to employees urging them to return to offices at least four days a week. The decision will take effect from October 3. The idea is for employees to work face-to-face from Monday to Thursday. In the memo that informs the decision, the bank reports that in "tougher market environments", the proactive involvement of employees will be necessary for clients, as well as contributing to the development of talent in the company. According to SiiLA's Market Analytics platform, in Brazil, Barclays has an office at Faria Lima 4440 – Acqua. The building is rated A+, with more than 22 thousand sq metres of private area and other occupants from the financial sector, such as BW Gestão de Investimentos and UBS Brasil.
