The coronavirus pandemic increased the flow of postal services by 25% until June this year compared to the same period in 2019. According to the company, the eCommerce demand was the key factor for the increase in the postal service.
Even with employees on work leave due to the pandemic, the state-owned company maintained the operation of its branches and says that the efficiency of deliveries in the country is over 90%. The service was one of the services considered essential in the Covid-19 crisis.
