Dark kitchens, the business model that will take on a life of its own after covid-19


The restaurant sector saw home deliveries as an alternative to the drop in income. However, many of them did not have previous strategies to help contain such demand and thus dark kitchens, which were already gaining popularity in London, England, began to gain ground in Mexico.
