Fibra Macquarie Mexico, an industrial real estate investment trust, announced the payment of a distribution on March 11, at a rate of 0.4750 pesos per Certificado Bursátil Fiduciario Inmobiliario (CBFI).
Through a notice to the market, it said, that the distribution among its holders will be in cash and corresponds to the operations of the fourth quarter of 2021.
"The cash distributions in respect of the 2021 fiscal year, which were for a total of 1.90 pesos per CBFI, were allocated as fiscal result of the 2021 fiscal year the amount of 1.26450520 pesos (66.6%) and as fiscal result of the 2022 fiscal year the amount of 0.6354948 (33.4%) pesos," Fibra Macquarie detailed in the document.
In the guidance presented for the full year 2022, a distribution of 2.00 pesos per real estate trust certificate was agreed upon, which represents an annual increase of 5.3% and adjusted funds from operations (AFFO) of between 2.50 and 2.55 pesos per paper. Read the full article (in Spanish)
