Fibra Soma reported that its net operating income (NOI) at the beginning of the third quarter of 2022 (3Q22) was 438 million pesos, which represented a 21.6% growth for the trust, compared to what was reported in 3Q21.
In addition, its revenues amounted to 621 million pesos, which represents an increase of 22% in the comparison period.
