Fibra Uno Paid off $1.97 Billion Pesos for Payment of Distribution to Its Holders

Fibra Uno (Funo), the largest real estate investment trust in the Mexican market, with more than 11 million square meters of rentable area, announced that it made a payment of 1.97 billion pesos as part of the distribution of the second quarter of the year among the holders of its Certificados Bursátiles Fiduciarios Inmobiliarios (CBFI).

In a notice sent to the Mexican Stock Exchange, the real estate trust stated that the distribution was in cash for 0.5236 pesos for each outstanding security, whose resources came from its net fiscal result, related only to the cash flow generated during the quarter.
