FibraMX prepares its IPO in Biva at the end of August.

Fibra Infraestructura y Energía México (FibraMX) plans to debut on the Institutional Stock Exchange (Biva) on August 31, through a public offering with which it expects to raise 7 billion 50 million pesos (mdp) from the investing public.

The company that will place Fibra E will focus on the acquisition and operation of assets in the transportation infrastructure sector and is backed by the Infraestructura México development capital certificate (CKD IM).
