FII Rio Bravo buys 5 corporate slabs at JK Financial Center

Syn informed through a Material Fact issued oonThursday (21), that its parent company Aquarius Empreendimentos e Participações signed a Real Estate Sale and Purchase Agreement with FII Rio Bravo Renda Corporativa.

The acquisition consists of 5 corporate slabs of the JK Financial Center Building, a high-end development located in the JK region. According to SiiLA Brasil's 3rd quarter 2021 data, the building is 100% occupied by AmBev, BNDES, Roland Berger & Partners Strategy Consultant, Arteris, Lifetime, among others.

The transaction value is R$124 million.
