Find out the main office buildings at Paulista Avenue

After the video about the Faria Lima region, SiiLA started preparing another content in the series Inside the real estate market, this time about the Paulista region!

Avenida Paulista is one of the most important regions in São Paulo and Brazil. It is where the cultural, sports and corporate scenes meet. And to talk about this universe of offices and iconic buildings in the region, Giancarlo Nicastro, CEO of SiiLA, crosses Paulista, presenting the main developments on the avenue.

In the video, we go through the largest development in the region, São Luís de Gonzaga, which has more than 43,000 sq metres of offices and is home to large companies such as Danone; by the BFC (Brazilian Financial Center), where CNN Brasil set up its studios; Matarazzo Tower and Shopping Cidade São Paulo, one of the newest developments in the region; and the Santa Catarina building, located at the beginning of the avenue.

Check out the special video about the Paulista region here:

Currently, according to monitoring by SiiLA's Market Analytics platform, in this region, which includes the entire length of the avenue plus parallel ones, there are more than 90 commercial buildings, which add up to almost 850,000 sq metres of office area.
