Grupo Valoran goes for $6 billion pesos with Fibra E to be issued on the Mexican Stock Exchange

Grupo Valoran is moving forward with its plans to place a Real Estate and Infrastructure Investment Trust (Fibra E) on the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV), seeking to raise capital of up to 6 billion pesos.

In the placement prospectus, the issuer disclosed the amount it seeks to raise with the sale of Fibra E securities, however, it has not indicated a new date for its debut, since it had planned to launch its initial public offering on October 26, but postponed it to December 16.

VALORAN 21, whose controlling company is based in San Luis Potosí, will initially offer investors one of its main assets in the infrastructure sector, which is the Libramiento de San Luis Potosí, whose concession is held by its subsidiary META.
