GTIS, a New York-based property firm, sold its 62% stake in Infinity Tower for $172 million. The news of the real estate transaction was published by Reuters this Thursday, the 19th. The office building is home to large multinationals, such as Apple, Goldman Sachs, Meta (Facebook) and Bloomberg.
Since the start of SiiLA monitoring in the country in 2015, Infinity Tower has maintained its occupancy rate above 94%. Between 2020 and 2021, the enterprise remained with 100% occupancy, even in the midst of the health crisis.
The 18-story development is classified as A+ and has an area of almost 30,000 sq metres in the Itaim Bibi region in São Paulo.Tre building was acquired by Lucio, Omar Maksoud and AMY.
