A study of mobile phones found foot traffic inside New York City’s financial districts declining after a steady rise during the summer. Downtown, at Goldman Sachs, the thin crowd has thinned further.


Near Times Square, at Morgan Stanley and Bank of America, foot traffic has fallen too. The same is true over on Park Avenue, at JPMorgan.
