Increasing Appetite of Companies to Install their Industrial Warehouses in Mexico City

Logistics companies "compete" to have one of the precious industrial spaces in the center of Mexico City, which are scarce. The buildings have three particularities: they are small, more expensive than in the rest of the Valley of Mexico and have privileged positions to reduce shipping costs in the metropolis.

"Each tenant chooses its location according to its operations and available supply; in recent quarters, we have observed a new appetite for industrial warehouses in the 0 to 15 km radius to keep up with growth trends in the e-commerce, as well as transportation and logistics industries," explains the consulting firm SiiLA.
