JHSF Participações released a statement to the market on Tuesday (8) that it is continuing the studies to turn the Real Parque project viable in the Morumbi neighbourhood, south of São Paulo.
According to the developer, the multipurpose project has a potential General Sales Value (PSV) of around R$2.3 billion. The project will house the first surf club in the city of São Paulo integrated into residential towers and a shopping centre.
The construction of the São Paulo Surf Clube is scheduled for April 2022, and the JHSF projection is to have it opened in the last quarter of 2023.
Also, according to information from the developer, the shopping centre will have approximately 20 thousand sq metres of gross leasable area (GLA), where operations of national and international brands are expected, as well as restaurants, leisure options and services.
The high-end residential towers will have access to the surf club and private beach. The total private area will be 60 thousand sq metres and the projects will be launched in a phased manner.
