Office Vacancy in the CDMX Increases 243% in 2020

According to the SiiLA Mexico platform, which monitors more than 8.9 million square meters (m²) of office space in the country's four markets: Guadalajara, Querétaro, Monterrey and Mexico City, the office sector has been one of the most affected during the health contingency, this is due to the adaptation of companies to remote work.

SiiLA México mentioned that during 2020, in Mexico City, around 420,000 sqm were vacated, which is 243% higher than the vacancy registered in 2019.
