RBR Asset Management sold 60% of a corporate building under construction located on Avenida Faria Lima, close to Largo da Batata, via the fund RBR Desenvolvimento Comercial. According to the manager, the amount transacted was close to R$ 24,000 / sq meter. The buyer was a technology company that will occupy the building.
The PVN Corporate Boutique building has slabs with a leasable area of approximately 540 sq meters. In its development, the concepts adopted in A+ buildings were applied, and it was even registered to obtain the LEED Gold certification, from the USGBC, in full alignment with ESG practices.
The development is expected in the second half of 2023 and has three floors available for sale.
