Real estate funds demands grow 41% in 2020 until August; 16 IPOs are on the horizon

Even during the crisis, the real estate market is in full swing. At least that's what the data on real estate funds demand in this year shows.

Research by Quantum Finance at the request of InfoMoney shows that, in 2020, until August, 48 public offers of real estate funds were made, of which 16 were initial public offers (IPOs) and the remainder, 32 new issues of funds already listed. The number represents an increase of 41.2% concerning the 34 offers made in the same period of 2019.
