Rio's city centre attracts developers attention

It is an area with a wide range of transport, varied commerce, services, art facilities, leisure, culture, and properties with very tangible prices for the middle class. Does it look like the neighbourhood of dreams? Well, it is the City Center. The idea of transforming the region into a mix of commercial and residential properties is an old longing in the real estate market, which sees features the same as in other major cities across the world.

Living in the Centre is a trend in metropolises, such as Chicago, for example. Today, not everyone considers it essential to have a car and, therefore, living in a place close to everything becomes an advantage - according to RJZ Cyrela's Incorporation director, Carlos Bandeira de Mello.
