Strict health restrictions that were re-implemented during the beginning of 2021 affected Fibra Danhos, which has not recovered from the damage caused by the pandemic to its portfolio.


During the first quarter of the year, revenues were 26.5% lower than those recorded during the first quarter last year. These primarily plunged by the closure of shopping centers: "The impact on results is due to the closure of non-essential activities that affected real estate for almost a month and a half during the quarter," said Salvador Daniel Kabbaz, CEO of the FIBRA.
