Tower 411 opened in downtown Monterrey

Proyectos 9 and Invermar inaugurated last Friday Torre 411, a 28-story multi-purpose building that will include a hotel, offices and shopping centers, requiring an investment of 1.2 billion pesos and 60 thousand square meters of construction, located where the American Consulate used to be in downtown Monterrey.

José Lobatón Bernard, general director of Proyectos 9, explained that nine levels of the tower will be occupied by a 220-room hotel of Grupo Brisas' Galería Plaza brand, with a business category, a leading brand in the hotel sector, with several hotels on the beaches of Acapulco and the Riviera Maya, as well as in Mexico City.

"We are sure that 411's proposal will be able to absorb the office demand that will decrease in the coming years, but due to the characteristics that 411 has in its location, in the efficiency of its plants and in its strategy, we will be able to capture the office demand that will come in the coming years," said Lobatón Bernard.
