The Real Estate Investment Fund (FII) Vinci Logística informed the market last Friday (19), through a notice to the market, the acquisition of 100% of the logistic warehouse Alianza Park, for the total amount of R$135 million.
Located in Benevides, in the Metropolitan Region of Belém, Pará, the project consists of five modular warehouses with an o has an expansion area with a potential gross leasable area of 45,550 sq metres. FII Vinci Logística will have preemptive rights for acquisition, according to the statement.
Vinci Logística now has 16 assets with the new acquisition. According to the fund, the assets total more than 600,000 sq metres of its own gross leasable area throughout 7 Brazilian states.
According to SiiLA's market analytics platform, the property has more than 46 thousand sq metres of gross leasable area with tenants varying from retail, e-commerce, transport and logistics sectors, such as Magazine Luiza, Mercado Livre, B2W and DHL.
