Volkswagen Breaks Production Record in Mexico; Reaches 13 Million Vehicles Assembled

In a global environment of diverse challenges for the automotive industry, Volkswagen de México maintains its dynamism as a world-class manufacturing center.

Along with this new mark in vehicle production, the automaker also adds more than 14 million assembled engines, whose manufacturing began in the eighties at the Puebla plant and is now in the Silao Plant, Guanajuato; where the production of the new EA211 engine began last January.
