According to SiiLA Brasil, the warehouses' vacancy rate for of A + and A standard was of 17.2%, in the State of São Paulo, in the third quarter, the lowest since 2016. The gross absorption of areas was 310.6 thousand square meters in the period, reaching 929 thousand square meters from January to September. Guarulhos was responsible for the largest number of rentals, followed by Jundiaí and Cajamar. SiiLA survey showed that some regions of the state have very low vacancies, such as Greater ABC (4.14%) and Guarulhos (6.83%).
